Office Manager

Jamie joined Tenant Contractors in 2017 as Office Manager and handles the day-to-day operations of the company, working directly for the Owner and President, Jacob. She works alongside the Project Managers, Superintendents, and manages the office staff.  With over 13 years in the construction industry, Jamie has become an integral member of the Tenant team.

Jamie is responsible for leading and managing Tenant’s Accounting Department. She oversees the monthly accounting cycle, handles all AP / AR, and works closely with the Owner and Operations Team providing financial information and oversight on all of Tenant’s active and completed projects. She runs the risk management of the company making sure all tax, permit and insurance requirements meet all state and federal guidelines. She has positive relationships with many clients, business partners, subcontractors and vendors and works with them daily to meet their needs.

In addition to her financial duties, Jamie is responsible for the recruitment efforts of the company, employee benefits, payroll, and HR / Risk Management. She manages the administrative office employees to ensure production and deadlines are met adhering to our company’s procedures and commitment to customer service.

As Office Manager, Jamie creates an office environment that is positive, productive, and operating within Tenant’s company’s mission statement. She trains the staff to follow the values of the company and treats every client, business partner, and subcontractor with the highest level of customer support.

A mother of two, Jamie enjoys spending her free time with her husband and children at their cabin. She enjoys watching her kids sporting events, cruising around on their dune buggy, and sitting out by the firepit with friends and family.
