Jim has been a vital member of Tenant Contractors for over thirty years with forty years of construction experience. He has been a Senior Estimator with the company for the past ten years. Prior to holding his title of Senior Estimator, Jim spent nearly thirty years as a Project Manager and an Estimator.
As Senior Estimator, Jim leads the company’s pre-construction services and construction estimating at Tenant. He works closely with clients regarding cost, schedule, and guarantees an exceptional quality product. Jim works tirelessly to maintain relationships with clients and business partners. He has experience in multiple sectors of the industry including commercial interior multistory buildouts, restaurants, dental and medical offices, military, and retail stores.
Jim works closely with the Owner, Project Managers, Superintendents, and other staff after an award of a project. He hands of information to make sure Tenant’s high quality of standards are met and that the team is all informed on the project awarded.
A graduate of The University of Florida, Jim earned a Bachelor of Building Construction. He also attended Palm Beach Junior College where he obtained his Bachelor of Science. Jim holds his General Contractor license in the State of Florida.
In Jim’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family. He enjoys walking, listening to and playing music, and attending Jaguars games whenever he gets the chance.
