Daniel has over 41 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. He worked in various sectors including commercial, industrial, nuclear power, tenant buildouts, distribution centers, and car dealerships. Daniel has extensive knowledge working on complex projects in difficult environments which makes him invaluable to the Tenant team.

Daniel joined the team at Tenant Contractors as a Project Manager in 2018. He manages multiple tenant fit-outs simultaneously and makes sure our projects are completed on time exceeding the expectations of our clients. In addition to his Project Management role, Daniel is involved in pre-construction services and construction estimating. Once a project is awarded, he is responsible for the project from start up to close out, working closely with clients, design team, subcontractors and vendors.  He handles all budgets for his projects, awards subcontractors, runs on-site project meetings, and handles all scheduling to make sure projects are completed on time to meet a client’s needs.

Prior to Tenant, Daniel held many roles in different sectors of the construction industry. He was accountable for all day-to-day operations and trained and mentored a staff of over 650. As a Project Manager, he managed for the oversight of management, staff, and craft personnel performing duties on site. As a result of his previous roles, he has made an impact on projects at Tenant Contractors.

Daniel earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, holds his Certified General Contractor License in the State of Florida and is OSHA 10 certified. 

When Daniel is not in the office, he can be found hunting, fishing, boating, and shooting archery.
