Tray joined Tenant Contractors after graduating from The University of North Florida with his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction in 2014. He was hired as an intern with the company and quickly grew to a Project Manager as he developed significant experience in tenant buildouts and fitups. Tray’s tenure at Tenant has given him experience in multiple project sectors including corporate office buildings, colleges, retail, churches and healthcare.
Tray is responsible for the management of all construction activities and services on multiple projects at a time. He ensures that clients’ expectations and deadlines are met by staying in constant communication with the client, design team, subcontractors and vendors throughout all stages of our projects.
When Trey started his internship at Tenant, management immediately knew he would be a valuable asset to the team. Gaining knowledge from mentors within the company, he gained valuable experience in the industry. Alongside his role as Project Manager, the management team knew he could handle more and made him responsible for the scheduling and coordination of all Field Superintendents.
Trey is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP)’s Northeast Florida Chapter. He is also is part of the C12: Christian Business Peer Advisory Group, a networking group that empowers leaders to make better business decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and create plans for both company and professional growth.
A Florida native, Tray enjoys the outdoors. He spends his free time hunting, fishing, and boating. Tray also spends time volunteering and supporting The Woman’s Center of Jacksonville, a nonprofit organization that offers education, support and advocacy to sexual assault survivors.
